Wynnhaven is the perfect place to escape for awhile. We welcome annual tenants as well as seasonal renters. October is a fun time, as we have a group of musicians that come to stay with us for the winter, and they offer jam sessions and music events here at the park. We are conveniently located on CR 48, eight miles west of I-75. Cross the Withlacoochee River & your in Floral City. About 10 miles away is Inverness, so come stay in the woods while conveniently close to town.

For your long term stay we have mailboxes available, laundry facilities, newly renovated shower facilities, and a wonderful sense of community! Come join us!

RATES
RV and Mobile Home Sites Year Round, 2 Adults

• $240/ month plus electric.

Seasonal RV Sites (November 1st - April 30th) 2 Adults

• Nightly $25
• Weekly $150
• Monthly $300

Off Season RV Sites (May 1st - October 31sr) - 2 Adults

• Nightly $22
• Weekly $100
• Monthly $240

All Nightly and weekly site rentals include electric, water, sewer, wireless internet.
All Monthly site rentals pay electric and require a $100 deposit.

Primitive Camp Sites - Tents Only

• Nightly $15
• Weekly $75

2 week maximum stay.
All tent sites have water and electricity available along with newly renovated shower facilities.

Camping

• RV Sites - Include 30 amp or 50 amp electric, concrete pad, picnic table, water and sewer hook up.
